Circulate was founded in 2004 and works in partnership with local organisations and residents to recycle wood, metals, household and construction waste.

We provide a wide range of services to help reduce, reuse and recycle in order to make Torfaen a cleaner and greener place to live. We play a key role in helping to reduce waste in the community in addition to educating the public about the benefits of recycling.  

Circulate provides a collection service on all unwanted and bulky household waste from Torfaen. Items such as sofas, beds and wardrobes are diverted from landfill and then cleaned, repaired and sold at a low cost from our showroom in Blaenavon. Renovated white goods such as cookers, fridges and washing machines are also available. The charity possesses all relevant licences relating to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Staff complete Portable Alliance Training (PAT) and ensure that all goods reach EU Health and Safety Standards.
