Across all of our projects, we provide placement and volunteer opportunities for people to gain key skills within a supportive working environment, where everyone is encouraged to develop their personal development portfolios in order to enhance their employability skills. Our projects have not only been successful in enhancing a wide variety of key skills of our placements at all levels of expertise, but we have also seen a noticeable progression in our beneficiaries’ personal development.
